According to ISP Review.co.uk, it doesn't look promising. Try PlusNet instead.

I've been with them since september. No probles at all with the bb - couldn't ask for better...BUT customer service stinks badly. I've had three emails (none urgent general questions I suppose) auto answered and given a number. But none were ever answered by service staff. We are talking two months ago here.

Seeing as there is a wide choice out there I'd steer clear.
