telus dsl
      #136882 - Tue Dec 07 2004 10:39 AM

i have dsl, and it's through telus
the fellow from tech support said that the connection from my house to their server is fine, but, while on my computer, actually downloading things, surfing the web, it's like the connection fluxuates.. and it's range is anywhere from slow-nothing at all. while downloading, i usually get a transfer rate no higher than 40kbs.. and that's if i can even complete the download with out losing my connection.

i use several spywear removal programs, a couple of antivirus programs.. so, i don't know why this is happening.. any recommendations?
