Hi, my other computer, went through a stage, where by I inadvertantly deleted a TCP/IP "link". I use Win 2000 Pro, and was try to connect with AOL. I deleted the adaptor that said "AOL On-Demand, do not delete". Yeah, I should have taken notice, but thats me !! Anyway, despite more than 10 uninstall and re-installs of the AOL software, this has never re-appeared, and each time I start the computer. Norton Security informs me there is no TCP/IP connection adaptor.
I was wondering if anyone has a clue, what I can do? I use AOL Broadband, although I did try and connect with Dial-up to see if it made a difference just to get this adaptor back, but to no avail. I hope someone out there might be able to give me an idea, and I thank anyone in advance that helps me to solve this tiresome problem with my computer.
