drivers card reader don't work anymore.........

Hi,
I reinstalled the operating system and memory cards drivers have not been installed! Before that, i used to view the icons in 'Explore resources' and right now i can't.
I even tried to install them from the cd but nothing happened!!!!!!!!
May anybody help me?
