direct x diagnostic tools--is this loaded with your ATI disc? or on a seperate disc.I would like an upgrade from 7 to 8.5.I was told I need this to run Winfast TV 2000 xp--I have windows 98 SE.

You would be better off downloading DirectX 9.0c and burning it to disk if you can, though you will find A version on your ATI disk, just browse the cd
