Hi I am with NTL Dial up at the moment, it is going up in price again and I only use the internet about 50 hrs a month, mostly evenings, can anyone recommend a cheap connection. Have seen Gio advertised for £10. 00 per month, also company called All 2Easy. net for $5. 00 month. Has anyway heard of them. Thanks.

Is your telephone provider NTL? If so, there's not many ISPs that you can use with an NTL phone line.

NTL must have changed it's policy then, cos when I was on dial up, the only choices I had were for NTL or AOHell.

The average rating for Gio Internet is 2/10 based on reviews from ispreview.co.uk
Many have had problems with billing whilst the service has been described as 'poor'
Services = 1/10 Support = 1/10 Speed = 1.8/10 Cost = 5/10

I have followed this thread with interest. NTL ring my doorbell regularly. Surely, connecting my telephone line to NTL cannot prevent me from dialling into my ISP of choice? Do NTL really restrict which telephone numbers are called?
I have not taken NTL up, because my mobile phone is paid for by my company, so I do not require voice calls, SMS or e-mail, just www browsing access.
Can anybody clarify this?

Try this link. http://www.v21.co.uk/index2.asp

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really? Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.
