Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0240'

Script Engine Exception

/Default.asp

A ScriptEngine threw expection 'C00000FD' in 'IActiveScriptParse::ParseScriptText()' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'.

-What does this mean? Is my computer the problem?

What did you do to fix this? I am getting the same error on a different page.

File /web_auth/signin.asp Script Engine Exception. A ScriptEngine threw expection 'C00000FD' in 'IActiveScriptParse::ParseScriptText()' from 'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'..

This does not always happen, but does happen often enough to be a problem. Any assistance would be appreciated. IIS5 under Windows 2000.
