Adding tracks to MP3's

Ive recently converted some of my old vinal to MP3's which i want to put onto CD's.

When I recorded the vinal i just did it as one long track, is there any way of adding tracks to the mp3 before burning.

i used to use WinOnCd to do this any was very simple but the version I have dosent work with Win XP (doh)

a great little tool to slit up mp3's is the mp3 splitter

i already tried that but i just got a error message when i tried to load the file
