Recently when I close Outlook Express I find that I have been disconnected from the internet and cannot access without redialing. My provider is Tiscali and I have installed XP SP2 which has caused other problems. This is a new one.
In outlook express there is a option to hang up your connection when finished checking for new email so you have this ticked. remove this via the connection tab in options and then problem solved.
