Hi,this subject has probably been covered here before,but here goes:- I want to use Windows Media Player instead of Real Audio as my default,how do I change it {WMP} over to being default? Thanks in advance!
open windows media player, go into TOOLS/OPTIONS/FILETYPES, "select all" and click apply. that should do it.

Another point. Real Audio tracks won't play in WMP. I couldn't find any freeware conversion programmes "out there", so in the end I settled for "Wisecroft Ripper" ($25 I think) from http://www.wisecroft.com/ which converts them to wav or MP3. There is intelligent life on Earth, but I'm only visiting.
If you dont want to use Real you can use Real Alternative which can be found on the Kaza Lite web site.
