Hello everyone. Visiting friends recently, it appeared that they had more than one e-mail account (same ISP) coming to the same inbox, or perhaps I misunderstood. Is such a thing possible?
I use two addresses, and sometimes it's a bit of a pain having to continually switch "identities".
I want to keep both accounts, and I want to be able to use them selectively, giving one address to friends and the other to anyone else, but it would be nice to be able to open OE (version 5.5) and see all my messages.
In case it's relevant, the accounts are with Tiscali and Linone (now owned by Tiscali), but I'm playing with the idea of signing up with another ISP as well and don't particularly want to play about with a third "identity" if there's any way of avoiding it.
Any help would be appreciated.

You can have as many email accounts as you want assigned to one identity, all you have to do is delete one of the identities and set up the email account in the other
Identities are really only for those computers who have more than one user

Thanks putasolutions (I suppose I ought to use your nom de plume occasionally ). That sounds promising.
It's a bit early in the day (before 12 anyway), so my brain's not working yet. Any chance of an idiot's guide, just to be sure I don't delete something important, like the dial up number?
