Could someone help me and others that this may concern please?
At the end of this year Wanadoo are canceling all web sites that are on FREESERVE server, because they are making Freeserve domain redundant in that section of the business. But they have a new service where you are welcome to register for free web space, although Wanadoo will place their advert on the top of every page of your web site as they are offering the space free to you.
I am a BB customer of Freeserve until Wanadoo took Freeserve over, which I didn't ask for. I haven't changed my BB package to a cheaper package Wanadoo are offering, so I'm still on the old contract when I signed up with Freeserve.
When I signed up with Freeserve, the package came with 15MB of web space. So does Wanadoo have a legal right to suspend a part of my package, if I still require it which I do. Not just that, I don't want their adverts on my site when I'm paying for the space.
