I'd previously posted this problem in the open section but I've still got the problem now. When I log into the main screen on this site all looks OK...it's only when I go onto the others that the folders on the left hand side aren't there. I thought it might be my browser I use Mozilla Firefox but I've just updated today and it's still the same. Went online at work using Explorer and all was OK

I haven't got any folders on the left hand side of the screen in any view. Can you post a screen shot of the 'before' and 'after' to give us a clue.

Do you know that we're all in line for succession to the throne? Really? Well, if forty-eight million, two hundred thousand, seven hundred and one people died I'd be Queen.

Do you mean the folders are there but there are no red triangles in them to show new posts?

Here are the two different screenshots that I am getting. Previously they were both the same. As you can see Mozilla hasn't got the folders on the left hand side.

Try right clicking in the space where the folders should be and choose 'Show Picture'. This sometimes happens to me for a very short time. Because the folders are graphics they sometimes take a bit of time to download from the server.

Thanks for your help....I did as you said and right clicked but didn't get what you said, but got something different which I can't recall at the moment. However I clicked on it and all is now OK ...Cheers

For the past couple of weeks I've found that not all graphics on Webuser load with the page and I have to right click and show picture. As you the index page is fine, but when going inside a forum the folders to the left of threads don't appear and inside the threads themselves the print/notify moderator etc buttons don't appear.
All other web sites are fine.
For the past 3 days I've also noticed that when entering a forum or thread the main logo and site links (at very top of page) load, disappear then load again with the rest of the page. Again the index is fine, it's only when going into a forum or thread.
All very annoying, but as it's only Webuser this is happing at I'm quite sure my system is fine.

I can't help thinking things are going wrong with the WU servers. KP sent me a PM about how slow things were and he's on a 2.2mb connection. I've got 1.5mb and pages sometime take ages to load. I'm getting the same as you with the graphics. Perhaps all the servers need rebooting!

Or just booting! I haven't found things slow in the last few days, but about a week or so ago, the pages were taking forever to load. I'm on dial-up, but it was still ridiculously slow. All the other sites I visited were fine, so it must have been this one. Madeline.

I haven't been here very much lately, but I've noticed missing graphics, sometimes at the top of the page as well, and today some pages are twitching. We had that once before, and I seem to remember it had something to do with the news ticker.
I'll nip across to "Feedback" and post a link there (assuming somebody hasn't done it already).
