Vi, if your contract is finishing you should phone the sales team up and ask them what deal you can have as a valued customer. Most ISP's will charge around the same price as yours. You will probably only get a better price if the times/speeds/contntion ratios are different. Phone them and ask for a three month extention but demand a better price.

I have told them I was changing ISP's.I phoned on the 2nd of Sept. as I knew the last payment would be paid on the 3 rd,this was giving them a months notice,I was told to phone after the 3rd so I phoned on Sat. 4th after being kept on hold for a full 15 minutes a guy said nobody else was there as it was a Saturday and to phone back on Monday. Now on their cd it says 24 /7 anyway when I phoned on Monday, this girl Claire said they would cut me off that day, well my man went ballistic,he demanded they either leave me connected or refund my £27.99,last year when I changed from anytime to broadband they promised me a refund of £14.99,I told her this ,she said that £14.99 would be refunded that day(a Year after),not the £27.99 I had paid 3 days before. As you can see I want to get another ISP 3 years I have been with them, I have had enough.

I'am no expert on IPS but I'am with NTL World. I've found them most helpful in every way. When I phone them they will remove their 'head phone' & use a normal phone for clarity because of my hearing problem - this is my kind of customer service. You are not getting the service you deserve. Your use of the PC is similiar to mine & I think you can get a better price with NTL & perhaps with other prividers.
