Windows Picture and Fax Viewer

Hi hope I have the right forum to post in, I used to be able to auto preview pictures from 'My Pictures' folder in the Windows Picture and Fax Viewer, however now when I double click on a picture instead of opening as a preview it opens in my default picture editing software which in this case in Paint shop Pro 8. Is there any way to reinstate to picture viewer instead of having to wait for my software to open every time?

Paint Shop Pro has taken over as the default program.

Go to the folder where your pictures are stored.

Right-Click on a picture and click on OPEN WITH and click on CHOOSE PROGRAM

Windows Picture and Fax Viewer should be listed under Recommended Programs (if it's not browse through your Program Files).

Click on it and make sure you put a tick in the little box near the bottom that says "Always use the selected Program to open this kind of file"

Click OK and you're off.
