Having a weird problem. Though able to use IE6, when it comes to opening new browser windows e.g. posting to an MSN Group or just opening a new window from a link, I just get a blank transparent window.
Same when trying to open a link from an Email in Outlook Express.i dont have a pop up program installed i did but unstalled it
