Service Pack 3

During the download of SP3 I get a message pop up saying "Access Is Denied', then another box pops up saying "Service Pack 3 installation did not complete".
Any ideas?

Similar to the problem i had. Download the Service Pack 3 installation file to your pc , and then install it in "safe mode".
