sub woofer/speakers

hi all wonder if anyone can help. i formatted my hard drive today, and everything seems fine overall, apart from ive got no sound.
i have one of them sub woofers , but ive looked at it and i cant find a make or model. im sure this is the problem ive looked at all my discs and im afraid i cant find a disc for it, so can someone help me find the name of my sub woofer, so that i can download the drivers?

oh on the front of the sub woofer it says sp-710

You probably need to reinstall your sound card driver
You might be able to get it from windows update or off the motherboard CD if you have one.
