Words are turning white on Windows Applications

Hi all,
For a while on my Windows XP Applications the words are turing white.I don't think it's a virus as my pc is running fast but it's just annoying as I can't seem to fix it or don't know what it is.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Wolf123,
Have you tried right-clicking on any empty part of your desktop -> properties -> Appearance -> Advanced -> and Choose "Massage Box" And check the color?
