my XP administrator won't recognise my password. How do i get in? Has anyone got the answer please?

My previous answer was a little too sarcastic and was deleted so im going to try to help this time(thatll teach me
)I saw this on here a few days ago.
Im not sure if it will do the trick but its worth a try.

Much the same as another post.
Click here then go to the Help and free stuff icon then click on the link to reset password. This takes you to download a bootable cd to clear passwords. Works every time for me and the cd has a whole load of other goodies on it too to delete and rename files or recover deleted files etc.
