Question regarding extra licences for XP

Would be grateful if someone could explain the best way for me to move ahead here.
Have a small office with 6 pc's currently using ME & 98 - need to upgrade all the pc's to run XP - do I have to buy 6 sets of software or one set and then additional licences. If the latter then can someone point me in the right direction as to find out how much this will cost for the additional licences - microsoft web page isn't much help!

Yes you can buy 1 copy with several licences. Where are you?
There's an example here
You need the Open Business package, for 5 or more PCs.
