Sleep mode issue (64 BIT)

Hello all. My pc doesn't seem to want to go into sleep mode, no matter what setting I use in the Power Options. I can put it to sleep manually via the start menu and it wakes up ok when I move the mouse or whatever. But just now, the Power Options are set to send the pc to sleep after 30 minutes of non-usage but it stays on full power regardless. The monitor goes into power saving mode with no problems however. Anyone got any suggestions as to how I can rectify this? Thanks. Glynn.

Re: Sleep mode issue (64 BIT)

I had another look at this the day before yesterday and changed the power settings as shown here under step two at no. 6. It seems to have done the trick. Hopefully it'll do the same for you. Glynn.
