burn settings

hi guys
ive just purchased a liton dvd burn with nero7 and when i go to burn a film its saying i have to change burn settings.the dvd's i have are 16x,120mins,4.7gb and the films are less than 120mins.

I'm not an expert on DvD burning but I think you need to set the burn at 8X or even as low as 4X. I'm sure somebody else will confirm. If you ain't got a tutorial for Nero I'm sure you could Google one.
