3gp Editing

Hi there,
I want to edit some 3gp files but I can't find any software which can handle 3gp files (Nokia 6233 video files). All I can find is programs that convert the files and most of them don't do a very good job!
So
Do you know of a good edit suite(preferable free or very cheap) that can handle 3gp files?
