I work for NTL in the Tech Support Department. The powers that be have decided that we cannot help customers with home networking issues. I am fed up of telling customers that I cannot help them, so I have used my own webspace to create a simple Home Networking walkthrough.

Thats a really usefull page you've put together. I'm not with NTL or got a home network, but nonetheless found it to be an interesting read. I'm sure those people who do require this advice will be glad you made the page.
