TightCannon

My Website is www.tightcannon.co.uk
It contains some Freeware for download that I've written.
The only thing I claim for my stuff is that it is easy to use.
You are welcome to try any out and see if you agree.
Absolutely free from any ad stuff or whatever.

Re: TightCannon

I think you should explain what all the programs do on the home page, otherwise people will download the files before knowing what they are or what they do.

Have you considered a different colour scheme?

Good site otherwise.

Re: TightCannon

Take your point and I've had similar criticisms.
Most of my visitors are routed from Freeware sites where they've had the option to read program details before they arrive at my site. Because of this I provide download links on my main page for them to click on.
This is my first attempt at a Website and I accept it has lots of faults.

Don't be so harsh on yourself, it is a very good site considering it is your first attempt. Well done.

Re: TightCannon

Uriah, you can still link the software, just explain what it does on the same page, instead of linking them direct to the .zip file. Link them to what it does if you want your home page tidy, then from the link of the explanation you link them the download. Simple really.
