Hi
My site has been up and running for a while, it is really just a personal venture into website design. However it would be nice to see what anyone else thinks about it! My site is a collection of links to other sites of interest.

Please please please get ride of the flash intro, even opening on flash is bad. The skip button should be plain HTML underneath or on top of the flash at all times if you are going to have a flash intro.
Please do not have sound on your site, people don't like webpages taking control of their computer, if you MUST have sound, let people turn it off.
While flash is useful I feel your site has over used it, impacting on download times, and on slow computers the computer will slow right down, making people leave.
On the links pages I like the idea (similar to my site of lots of links) but you have wasted the space in the middle with the flag of st george, maybe relegate it to a small logo and let the links take up the space, if the site is about the links they should get pride of place.
Sorry this is not a "nice" post, it looks a promising site, but too much flash

The idea of the site is good but just like Nanook said get ride of the Flash intro I know its tempting to use as it may be new to you but i think it only works with corperate companys not fan websites. Ok i use a Flash intro but its simple and unintrusive i had to put it on there as my site is split in two, so i kept it simple. and maybe not using so much red would be good too on the main page it starts to hurt your eyes after a bit. ok enough with the negative stuff I think the concept of the site it is very good and as its your first stab at a website its a good idea keep it up and keep improving.
