http://www.lost-doggies.com, formerly lost-doggies.co.uk, is a dog loving community site aimed at helping people find their lost and stolen dogs. Originally founded in 2001, my latest revamped version (the .com site) offers forums, polls, the ability to comment, secure registration etc. Basically, if you lose your dog, you advertise it on the site, or if you find a dog you advertise it on the site. For free of course. I've also recently offered resuce shelters who do not have the facility to post pictures on their own sites special designated areas for them to advertise their latest 'intakes'.
Please visit, spread the word about it and contribute to my forums etc.

That's an excellent site and a wonderful service for people who've had the trauma of losing their beloved pet. Sadly, I don't have a dog myself, but I'll tell people who have about your site.

Thanks guys - I'd appreciate ther word of mouth thing because a site like that is 100% reliant on awareness and a real community. If no one knows about it, it can never be any use.
