remote access

hello hope some one can help i know a little about computers but not a lot basically im trying fix problems on my cousins pc the only thing is he lives in london and i dont. Ive tryed a number a of remote access programs like log me in and windows remote access nothing seems to work my cousin knows nothing about computers so its hard trying to explain things to him is there any way i can access his computer and do everything from my end so he doesnt have to do anything.Any help would be greatly appreiciated im pulling my hair out at the moment and i havent got much left thanks alot .

Windows Live Messenger is the easiest tool that I have used in the past for guiding the end user.

ive tryed that its doesent work either it just says an unknown error has occured thanks though it was apprieciated

Try Crossloop from HERE I find it a lot better than windows remote. Hope that helps.
