Font size on web pages are HUGE

The font size on some sections of some web pages are too big. eg. drop down menus are too big and the options overlap.
Can anyone help?
I'm using Windows XP

Hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel.

In addition to BurrWalnut's tip. When you have got the type size to suit you, exit via 'file' and 'exit' rather than the red-cross/close button. It seems to remember it next time you visit.
