"My Picture"

My picture has suddenly stopped showing.
I've changed the URL where I originally got it from,but it still doesn't show in my posts, past or present!
It does however show in user options/control panel/main configurations.
Can anyone suggest a fix please? Thanks.

It's possible that the server that is hosting your avatar was temporarily down
