Right click

I recently downloaded IE8. since then I have a problem. I cannot right click to use save as, or right click to save and download some tutorials that I am learning from. Previously with IE7 I had no problems. Would appreciate any help to overcome this problem. Thanks in advance

Re: Right click

Try running IE8 with no Add-ons: All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
This may reveal a dodgy Add-on.

Should your Right click be working with no Add-ons, this tells us that your problem is more than likely to be an enabled Add-on.

Restart IE8, it will have the add-ons active again and should your Right click problem return, it confirms an Add-on may be at fault.

Go to the Tools menu -> Manage Add-ons
Select an add-on name on the list and then click Disable in the bottom right corner.

Restart IE8.

If the problem is solved, that Add-on was the problem. If not, repeat the process, this means closing IE8 every time then restarting, till your Right click works as it should.

Note which Add-on appears to be the culprit so you can enable the ones which aren't causing a problem.
