DEP Error with Internet Explorer 8

Hi, I recently joined BT for my Broadband and installed Yahoo etc. all with no problems. Shortly afterwards I upgraded to Internet Explorer 8.
The main account on my PC (mine) is all OK, but my wife has her own account and when she try's to use the internet she gets an error saying that IE8 will be closed due to a DEP Error. I am really struggling with this and can't find any reason for it - has anyone come across this before? can you help?

See if this Microsoft Article about DEP settings (Data Execution Prevention) helps. You should be able to exclude Internet Explorer from DEP and the dialog box in which this is done is the same in both XP and Vista.
