IE8 download Being pushed on AOL's mail page

If you use AOLMail on its webpage Not AOL 9. Be aware that they are trying to Push an AOL optimised version of IE8 you can look at the download page but unless you'd Like AOL search as your Default search and possible running issues (IE7 is atable) why change? Upgrading to 8 won't make a jot of difference.(If it runs on your computer?)
