Please do NOT start a new thread on the same topic. Duplicate topics are often deleted without explanation.

Although we enable email notifications for replies to your topics, they sometimes don't arrive so your topic gets overlooked by accident. As volunteers we also have a real life of our own so please bare this in mind (especially if you're expecting a reply at the weekend). We endevour to deal with all requests for help and/or reply to existing topics as soon as possible.

Please only post reminders to topics which have been overlooked for 48 hours or longer.
