Bulk Coversion wanted GIF to JPG ( for upload to Picasa)

I have been emailled several Photos of Ireland in the GIF format and I'd Like to Load them into the Picasa album but there is 1 snag. Picasa displays only in JPG. Can Convert 1 at a time in MS Paint and resave But it will take several hours to convert the lot at over 5 minutes per Image
Is there any program that will auto convert the GIFs to JPG?
PS I Note Flickr displays its images in GIF So its long winded to copy any Image off there and make it viewable on Picasa via Windows. Better saving the entire album to Favourites!
