Watermark in word fron clipart

Can some help me with WATERMARKS

I can put a WATERMARK on a photo. (a typed word)

I have looked of Microsoft site and all I can find is to make a WATERMARK

The methods in this article describe how to create a watermark by using the following features:

DRAWING FEATURES, a TEXT BOX, WORDART

What I want to do is make a watermark in the middle of A4 from a piece of clipart saved in jpg, all I can find is to do this with a word.

Re: Watermark in word fron clipart

Assuming you want to create a 'watermark' within a document created in Microsoft Word, try the following:

Open your chosen document > Insert on the Menu Bar > Picture > From file > Navigate to your 'Clipart' > Highlight > Insert.

Your 'Clipart' will appear in your document but will have 'pushed' it's way in, parting the wording depending where your cursor was placed.

Right click the 'Clipart' > Format picture > Layout > Behind text > OK
Now take one of the corner 'handles' and resize or rotate to your liking or simply place your cursor in the 'Clipart' and move around the document.

Again Right click the 'Clipart' > Format picture > Picture > Image Control > Color > In the drop down menu select 'Washout'.
You can still use the 'handles' to position or resize at this point.

Hope this is what you are after.
