Hi there i cant get paint dot net to install i have both (dot)net fraimwork 1.1 and 2.0 have tryed with the fraimwork install and with out both hang with processes running at 98% in task manager any ideas as to how i can get it to install ?

Try this download. I had problems with your link but this installed ok.
