Compress pics for web

Sure someones going to point me to Ifanview! I take a lot of photos in high res and want to simply be able to click on the ones I want for the net and lower the quality/file size all at once in other words do a batch rather than one at a timeI have found a program called photo elf but has anybody used another prog to do this,

No just lazy I guess, had seen Irfan mentioned lots of times, have just down loaded and used exactly what I wanted, should have got off my lazy butt and just tried it! Thanks, will let you know about the Norton thing later

I use PIX rezier and it does the trick for me.

Looks good Manxislander. Walagata is very imprecise at this. You can edit something down to say 400px width and then find it hasn't done that exactly, and the image is still over a limit for what you want. I'll give your recommend a try.

I like the sound of PIXresizer; you can change the format of photos with it too.

Thanks everyone, have downloaded Ifanview and picrezir personally liked the latter for what I needed best although both did the job thanks again
