Please help us to help you, by posting the version of Windows that you have on your system, and where it is a specific piece of software that you are seeking help or advice on, which version.

Where specific error messages are given, please post them. the software writers use these error messages as a way of identifying specific problems, please don't just post " there was an error message".

Where the issue is hardware related, please tell us what make and model (where possible) of hardware is installed

Many of the problems could be resolved to your satisfaction more quickly if this information is made available
