Once you have finished using the forum you should log out. This is not critical but it does let people know that you are no longer active in the forum. It also kills your cookies. Paul Lomax Internet Technology Manager IPC Country and Leisure Media |

I've noticed that when checking who's online the page refreshes after a short while. I've seen when Nirvana disappears and others. I never log out simply because I'm too lazy to log in next time I visit. http://www.jonny555.co.uk Amateur Watercolour Community |

No, a cookie is saved, so next time you come to the website you're automatically logged out. Clicking logout removes the cookie, so you have to log in the next time you visit. This is useful if you're on a shared machine or something.
