How do I attach a Screen shot to my post please?

Regarding the post about the defrag. mystery - please can someone tell me how to "attach" a screen shot to a post on this Forum. I have an error message box on the screen when I click the defrag page and someone might know what to do next. Thanks in advance.

Get some free space from one of these hosting sites ie. ImageCave Log-in to your hosting site and upload the screenshot to your free webspace. Retrieve the URL to the image then come back to Webuser and enter it within your post by using the image tags. If it is a large image then use the thumbnail URL or just use the URL in your post minus the image tags.
