Can anyone explain in plain english and step by step how i can put a link to website on a forum post.Cheers WW.

Hello waynesworld. The easiest way that I have found is find the page that you wish to post, copy the http:/ect and then just paste it on your post. What I have done whilst browsing the web and on finding an interesting link is copy it to notepad for future reference.

Thanks for the reply , will try that , but how does it work if you just want to have look "here" for instance instead of the whole address.Cheers WW.

When you type your message and you get to the point where you want to insert a URL, just below where you are typing you will see a group of words headed 'Instant Mark-up'. If you click on the phrase 'URL' it will open a box for you type in the website address you want to tell people about. When you have done that, click OK and another box will open that will allow you to put in what ever phrase you want to appear on the forum as a link to the website.
