Maybe in future you guys can rate the prime card from idt finance i use it and recomend it

its just like the virgin pre pay master card but its cheaper to buy (£3 one off fee then upgradeing it to reloadable costs extra and customers can have 2 cards to an account)and it uses signatures rather than chip and pin
when buying it you can even have a personalised message printed on it (example happy birthday if its a birthday preseant)

its not linked to any other details unless you ask it to be they dont even need a name or address
if its been brought for someone younger than 18 you must register their date of birth so that they may not use it in places deemed unsuitable for minors
