I cannot find Web User 8th May at any of my newsagents,one said they are due in but he didn't know when,has there been a problem?

Arrived promptly here in Lancashire and Greater Manchester
And I got it 6 days earlier than Publication day as a subscriber
Looks like a local Wholesale distributor issue?
