hotmail problem

Hi - wasnt sure where to put this post.
For the past few weeks I have been getting an email from web-user every day with the subject of webuser.co.uk daily news alert with a file size of between 8-10kb. It is always sent betwwen 9:30 and 9:45 am
When I first got this and opened it there was nothing in it so I thought web-user hit send by mistake before putting in message. (we have all do it)
But I eep getting this same email every day with nothing in it.
Is this actually web-user sending out the messages or is it someone else.

We have recently launched our Daily News Alerts, which is mailed to all those that ticked the Daily Alerts option when signing up to the newsletter.
It is sent out every morning at 930 and provides links to all new news stories that have appeared on our website in the previous 24 hours.

ta for the reply but as mentioned in original post when i open email there is nothing there - it is blank - no writing or links or anything
