Hi My dad who lives up in scotland near the Isle of Skye has trouble getting his subscription of Web-User from the local shops, since they stopped getting them in a few months back he decied to go for the £9.95 offer for 3 months subscription on the web-site, however, he does not like to use his credit card details online so web-user told him to post off a cheque for that amount...he did that immediatley as he loves his web-user and was wanting a copy ASAP... T he weeks went past and my dad recieved nothing, 6 WEEKS had gone by when my dad recieved a letter saying "that offer is no-longer open" ..??? well it would be after 6 weeks wouldn't it??? (ALSO:- they never returned his cheque and decided to keep that aswell????) I want to know from admin at web-user why this happened? Sureley my dad should have got his subscription activated 4-5 weeks ago? Why would web-user tell him to post in the cheque if they were gunna wait 6 weeks and then say 'sorry you cant have the subscription - nor your cheque..' I think its a farce myself...even though in the letter it states he can have his cheque back..it wasnt theirs to keep, they should have sent it back with the letter??? Can web-user arrange for my dad to get the offer he originally wanted and send him the magazines he paid for nearly 2 months ago? FROM : A very disapointed son
