Yahoo what to do 100mb quota

There I was being a happy person who goes to Ballet class once week with a yahoo webmail account and 5 mb disk quota (5% use) , then boom it gets increased to 100mb rather glad I did not buy additional storage from yahoo.

Yahoo web mail I think its slightly better what does anybody else think ?

Re: Yahoo what to do 100mb quota

I'm with BT Yahoo! Anytime, so I've automatically got BT Yahoo! mail. I was using 1% of my 50 MB storage space when, all of a sudden, they increased it to 2GB and I don't have to pay extra for it. I like Yahoo! mail, but I tend to use OE more as I can compose e-mails off-line, which is useful when you're on dial-up. (Can't get BB here).

Re: Yahoo what to do 100mb quota

When i had my yahoo account about 4 years ago, the limit was 6 megs, and my account stayed like that when they knocked it down to 4 megs. But in all that time, I havent even got close to filling up my mailbox. IMHO they would be better off keeping it to say, 10 megs and offering pop3 access, as thats a darn sight more useful than 100 megs you will never fill. And as for 1 gig for paid accounts..im sure they only offer that cos google does.

Our Work accounts vary from 100m (me) to 200 mb but i do run a mail server so im easy on my users.

But from yahoo webmail - i have no idea when i might fill it - its a bit like well I have 24-36-something, well I have that too.

My first hard disk was 40mb. how things change.

Just think what they could do with my 2GB! I hardly ever get spam, either on Yahoo! or Hotmail, but I'm picky about who I give my details to.

Re: Yahoo what to do 100mb quota

I have Yahoo and I have been trying to save one or two of my e-mails to My Documents and it keeps coming up with the message "Error saving web page. The web page could not be saved to the selected location" I have just had my computer reformatted and wondered if there was anything I had to do. I have Win98se, went onto Hotmail account and tried to save one of the E-mails there and everything was alright. Does anyone have any suggestions.
