Transfer hotmail email to MS outlook

HI
does anyone know how i can transfer all my hotmail email messeges to MS outlook as my hotmail account is running out of space. i know its possible to forward the emails one by one but it would take to long.

I think you'll find you can link to hotmail with Outlook, I have, but if you want to download the messages to the hard drive you will have to use Outlook Express. I'm not quite sure if a copy is retained on the server or not, I'd have to look into that.

Follw the instructions here
Once you have done that, create a folder in your inbox and drag your hotmail messages to it.
However you may be better off using Outlook Express idf you have more than one hotmail account as you can only view ONE in outlook but multiple in outlook express

I'll second that. I use Outlook for all my pop3 email addresses & Outlook Express for all my Hotmail addresses.
TFCNothing is a problem for me...
