OE Logon Window

Hi everyone,

Every time I try to send an e-mail in OE, the Logon window appears asking me to confirm my username/password are correct.

When I confirm, OE attempts to send the message, however, the logon window reappears.

Any idea how I can resolve thise please?

Tiatadi , open O.E. and on the toolbar click on tools then accounts . When the "Internet accounts" box appears click on the "mail" tab. Highlight the account and then click on "properties" in the right hand pane. When the properties box appears , click on the "servers" tab .
At the bottom of the properties box , where it says Outgoing mail server , you can either remove the tick from the "my server requires authentication" box > apply > OK , or , click on the "settings" tab and place a tick in the "remember password " box > OK > apply > OK.
